Job description / Role
- The position is a hands on / operational role to manage, control & monitor the department, ensuring the client is provided with the prompt service delivery for soft services and any related additional services that may be required.
- Coordinate with clients, both new and existing.
- Responsible for all aspects relating to supervision of custodial personnel, budget control and communicating their job responsibilities to achieve department targets and goals.
- Manage all integrated Soft Services Key Account Operations
- Ensure achievement of departments goals and objectives and administer smooth and effective running of cleaning operations.
- Advise and communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies / guidelines.
- Audit and inspect contract standards
- New Contract start-up planning, transition and implementation
- Implement and abide by the ISO Quality Management system/ standards
- Coordinate with FM operations and ensure smooth integration/delivery of all services
- Comply with the established policies and procedures and rules of operations.
- Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation and evaluates records for forecast personnel requirements.
Requirements
- Engineering knowledge/soft service knowledge.
- Can absorb complex techno-commercial information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate at all levels of the supply chain from sub-contractor to client and peers
- Must be computer literate
- Well refined MIS reporting knowledge
- BICS Certified
