As a result of continuous growth and development, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Talent Development to join our team of Recruitment professionals!

The successful Assistant Manager, Talent Development will provide support to the recruitment department including assisting with the requisition process, scheduling and conducting interviews, following up with candidates and assisting with the hiring and on-boarding process.

The following duties will also be undertaken in the role;
- Recruitment Administration
- Assist in recruitment related administration matters
- Administer the RAMCO recruitment module
- Administer the internal application process and all status change administrative related matters
- Recruitment Process
- Review the resort manning with Manager, Talent Development and assist in the hiring process
- Conduct pre-screening, short listing, selecting and interviewing of potential applicants
- Coordinates and manages the post interview feedback with department hiring manager
- Candidate Management
- Manage candidate expectations from the initial meeting to onboarding stage
- Assist with the communication with all candidates, including sending out regret letters
- Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates in the market
- Actively engage in sourcing industry professionals to build a talent pipeline, in particular for the high turn-over and specialist roles
- Assist with the on-boarding process for all new employees
- Keep up to date with U.A.E labor legislation laws relevant to recruitment and selection

To liaise and work closely with other HR areas with regards to all documents relating to successful candidates, including the following:
- Flights
- Visas
- Relocation
- Personal files

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related subjects or CIPD Accredited.
- Proficiency in all MS Office Programs and social media platforms.
- Impeccable administrative and organizational skills, interview skills and communication and writing skills.
