Charterhouse is working with an internationally recognised household brand. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across B2B and B2C channels for a specific product range. This is a regional role handling the UAE and assigned Middle East territories.
This role reports to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the global head office and external agencies to localise the marketing strategy and campaigns in line with the UAE and emerging market’s requirements. In this role you will oversee all aspects of marketing activity and events on behalf of the business, devising successful strategies in line with company and sales objectives to grow the brands presence and offerings. This is a strategic role which best suits an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach and strong commercial acumen to successfully create long term marketing plans, tactical campaigns, and go to market product plans. You will work with internal and external partners to project manage from conceptual stage to execution. In addition, this role will measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales across each product category, to gain valuable insights and guide the development of future marketing material/campaigns.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within consumer goods/electronics. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels and unshakeable presentation skills. You must have strong experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; traditional marketing, digital, social media, event planning and product management. Solid knowledge and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office programs are essential for this role.
