Position Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Salary: 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A licensed full-service brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, rentals, and investments.

Job Description:
-Assist in developing and executing real estate marketing strategies, including property listings, new projects, digital campaigns, and events.
-Manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media, property portals, email campaigns, and company website.
-Oversee content creation, property photography, videography, brochures, and virtual tours while ensuring brand consistency.
-Conduct market research, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to optimize marketing efforts

-Open to Arabic nationals preferably 35 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
-Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and project management abilities.
-Creative and adaptable professional with an eye for design/branding and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
