About the Client:
A licensed full-service brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, rentals, and investments.

Job Description:
• Assist in developing and executing real estate marketing strategies, including property listings, new projects, digital campaigns, and events.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities across social media, property portals, email campaigns, and company website.
• Oversee content creation, property photography, videography, brochures, and virtual tours while ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research, track campaign performance, and prepare regular reports to optimize marketing efforts.

• 35 years old and below.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and project management abilities.
• Creative and adaptable professional with an eye for design/branding and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary:
AED 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
