We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our vibrant travel and tourism team in the UAE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to marketing strategies that inspire travelers and drive business growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and tourism services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate promotional events and partnerships to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines.
