Employment: Full Time

On behalf of a client, an international consumer electronics and mobile communication company, we are currently looking for a Assistant Manager Marketing to join their team in Dubai.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently plan and produce high quality social media content. Manage publication of global and local brand updates and advertisements
• Manage all PR and media relations activities.
• Plan and execute all UGC events. Track statistics
• Manage relations with all Key opinion leaders (KOL), media and fanbase
• Manage content creation and production for YouTube, Facebook and other social media sites
• Plan and execute joint media promotions in collaboration with other operators and e-commerce business channels
• Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
• Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to develop all marketing collaterals and promotional materials
• Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
• Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Communication and coordinate all marketing activities with headquarters;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Marketing or a related sector
• 4 years of relevant marketing or marketing-related experience, preferably in the Telecommunications, Mobile phone industry (in a similar or related industry)
• Fully bilingual, English & Chines (Read, Write, and Speak) required.
• Digital- Social Media experience preferred.
• Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Office & MAC). Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred.
• Open-minded and adapts to change. Actively elicits different points of view and understands different perspectives
• Strong Managerial/Leadership skills
• Good communication and human relations skills.
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Ability to identify critical concerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities
