Assistant Merchandiser - Furniture

Job description / Role

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Job holder will be responsible for reordering, optimum use of logistic containers and allocations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analysing the sales of the running items territory wise to find the sale through and stock gap along with planner
- Analysis of all new arrival sale and placing repeat order after discussion with Buyer and planner.
- Placing of all the repeat orders based on OTB
- Maintaining order plan summary against OTB
- Maintaining master file for ordering
- Future Pending Order Qty & Shipment Date correction if required as per current sales trend
- Ensuring the logistic containers are utilised according to the size and products shipped.
- Stock allocation during the buying process

Must Have:

- Exposure in merchandise analyst role for Furniture.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, technical background will be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic and advance excel skills

QUALIFICATION

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training

Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

- Knowledge of basic and advance excel skills

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience

- 2 years of experience in merchandise analysis, logistics operations, planning into Home & Furniture industry
