Assistant Nurse

Job description / Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse to support our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing staff in daily patient care activities including hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Support patients emotionally by providing companionship and addressing basic needs.
- Assist with the preparation and management of medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare standards.

- Certificate or diploma in nursing assistance or related healthcare field.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare principles and patient care techniques.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic in dealing with patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving patients.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics in healthcare settings.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
