Assistant Operations Manager (Housekeeping)

* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Strong conflict and complaint resolution skills
* Basic Microsoft Office skills, including word and excel
* Organizational and time management skills combined with a high level of initiative
* Stamina and the ability to work under stress, good at thinking quickly and sorting out problems on the spot, and the ability to stay calm in a crisis

Requirements

* At least 6 years' experience in a high-volume hospital, hotel or cruise ship
* At least 2 years' experience as a team leader or management position
* 1 years' work experience in a hospital environment- patient food services
* Desirable but not essential, at least 3 years' experience in the Middle East
* Experienced in the mobilization of large projects.
