Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Public Relation Officer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Assistant PRO will act as a point of contact between our private office and various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. This role is essential in building and maintaining relationships to facilitate effective operations and promote our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the local business environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the private office and stakeholders, government agencies, typing offices, embassies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with establishment’s key person to enhance collaboration and communication.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in public relations role, preferably within a private office or corporate setting.
- Holds valid UAE Driving License and preferably with car
- Strong understanding of the UAE corporate environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
