Assistant Producer

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Producer to join our team. In this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities typically associated with a producer, supporting the production of high-quality video content that aligns with our motto, "We Are All About Emotions." Your role will be vital in overseeing projects from conception through to final delivery, ensuring every detail contributes to the emotional impact of our work. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automotive, film, and fashion industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine project concepts.
• Coordinate with writers, directors, and crew members to execute the vision of each project.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
• Manage logistics for shoots, including location scouting, equipment rentals, and talent coordination.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Supervise on-set operations to ensure smooth execution of filming.
• Participate in post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and final delivery of content.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor’s degree in film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• In-depth knowledge of the local media industry and a network of contacts in Dubai.
• Proficient in videography and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of how to evoke emotions through media.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in automotive, film, and fashion industries.
