Assistant Professor in Database Structure Up To 25k Aed for a Leading University in Sharjah

• POSITION: ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN DATABASE STRUCTURE
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus accommodation, air ticket and other benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: Premier university in Sharjah established since 1990
• LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
• START DATE: August 2020
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open for Arabic, CIS, European, American, and Indian who are residing in UAE
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• PhD in Database Structure (with equivalency report status)
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in the same field, designing class activities with strong background in teaching Database Structure, Algorithm Analysis, Database Management Systems and Distributed Database Systems
• With strong record of Research and Publications (Mainly in Scopus, ABDC, Tomson Router, Emerald Insight etc.)
• Must have teaching experience in the same field, designing class activities that induce participants to reflect upon and interpret their experiences in the light of theory, concepts and prior research
• Experience of developing course materials and teaching resources
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with students in a variety of learning contexts
• Experience of working with diverse range of students
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Can work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organization skills
