Job description / Role
Be a part of our International Consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where we oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.
Our Middle East, North Africa and India hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project & programme management and cost consultancy services.
Responsibilities Include
• Assisting in the development of the Project Management strategy and delivery.
• Assisting and involvement in the Procurement of Sub Consultants and Contractors required for all of the Construction Packages.
• Help to plan, organise and staff for the projects.
• Report to management on daily updates about the status of the project implementation.
• Tender review, recommendation and eventual award of these packages.
• Involvement in the design management, delivery, quality time, cost and hand over of these key packages.
• Responsible for managing the sub-consultants and your supervisors and drive the nominated sub-contractors.
• From time to time it will be a client facing role, managing an extended professional team consisting of Local and International, Consultants, Sub Consultants, Contractors and multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
• Building Project experience is essential for client approval.
• Dubai project experience is essential for client approval.
• 5 yrs of post-graduate experience is essential for client approval.
• Ability to stand alone, make decisions and proceed with confidence.
• Desire to be part of the team and contribute in all areas.
• Excellent written (minutes / notes) and verbal communication skills will be required.
