Job description / Role
Our client is an established company that specilise in real estate asset management. They require an Assistant property Manager for Abu Dhabi. To help manage the operations of a mixed use portfolio
In line with the client expectation. The role will be site specific:
• Manage relationship
• Mange Maintenance and FM operations contractors
• Deal with tenants
• site inspections
• Move ins and outs
• Ideally degree qualified in property or FM related discipline
• Experience in property management - essential
• fluent in English (Arabic advantageous)
• UAE driving license
• Middle East experience
• knowledge of contracts including SLAs and KPIS
• Excellent communication skills
