Job description / Role
Assistant recruiter will work closely with their assigned business area to fill in a timely manner their vacant roles with the right candidates for retail roles. This professional is also responsible for ensuring our business stakeholders and applicants have a great experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up and providing feedback.
In addition, special projects, ad hoc responsibilities with support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as and when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with this HR function within the GCC region
• Ideally experience with in-house recruitment from other fashion houses
• Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
