Charterhouse is working with an impressive global hospitality business which has a particularly iconic brand in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Recruitment Manager to support a small and busy team.

This is a new position and you will be responsible for high volume recruitment and administration, onboarding and inductions, assisting in talent managements initiatives and keeping all records in the department up-to-date. The role will also involve interaction with senior leaders and will often involve pushing back when appropriate and advising on candidate details and time frames.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with a solid background in in-house recruitment. You should be tenacious, resilient and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Our client has stated a preference for Western candidates coming from a hotel background.
