Job description / Role
Job Purpose
• To promote Bank’s Retail banking products from Priority Plus (HNIs- AED one million+ NRV/AED 5 MN+ mortgage) New to Bank Priority Plus customers, investment and saving products.
• To increase the wallet share of Bank amongst our corporate client base as well as new companies listed under Bank’s TML.
• To drive overall customer origination of New to Bank & New to Product customers. Grow segment accounts base and help to increase forward/backward cross-sell suite of applicable products – Investments, liabilities, assets etc.
• Liaise with Investment and PRMs to profile customers & market applicable investment products.
• To work closely with relevant departments to ensure best practice overall customer experience & development of product suite.
• To be aware of any market changes from competition to effectively manage customer objection handling
• Provide constructive and constant feedback to bank staff on improvement of: products, services and processes etc., which may either reduce TAT or costs or enhance customer experience.
• Be an effective team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the Key Performance Indicators issued from time to time.
• Ensure that all the KYC, AML & compliance guidelines of the bank are followed. Also, ensure that there is no mis-selling.
Key Accountabilities
• Carry out a range of new to bank sales activities ensuring that the work assigned has been accurately completed within specified timelines. To ensure that financial objectives of business segment are met
• Provide support to Retail credit team in ensuring portfolio quality of Retail assets by providing market intelligence & early alert signals on attrition.
• Compliance with processes, policies & items governing KYC, AML and customer due diligence policies & procedures.
• Monitor & review products, service levels & processes & provide innovative solutions to address opportunities & challenges faced.
• Compliance with customer TATs, internal SLAs and minimizing rejection rate of customer applications.
• Ensure that customers are provided proper & correct information about Bank’s products & services. Also no mis-selling of products or documents compromise of any sort
• Ensure that applications are correctly filled as per Bank's product policy and eligibility criteria.
• Undertake other duties at similar level when required
Other Accountabilities
Job Context
• Daily meetings with potential Bank Priority Pluss customers.
• Achieve overall financial numbers of Priority Plus Banking segment within assigned region and opening up opportunities for the team and bank
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce
Work Experience:
• At least 2 year experience in Retail sales, Priority banking would be preferred.
