Job description / Role
JOB PURPOSE: To prepare credit analysis documents; organize account reviews and audits and manage client transactions to support relationship managers in managing major corporate clients and the achievement of the targeted growth for assigned area.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain client dossiers capturing current and future client needs to assist relationship managers in advising clients on new solutions, developments and emerging opportunities
Risk Management:
- Obtain reports from support units and create presentation decks to enable relationship managers to monitor performance the of client portfolios and initiate required actions
- Report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes to enable necessary action to be taken
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures:
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance

- Market Knowledge
- Written and Spoken English
