Assistant Resident Engineer

Role Summary

We are currently looking for an Assistant Resident Engineer will support the Senior Resident Engineer in daily construction supervision activities for a Branded Residences and 5-Star Hotel project. The role focuses on monitoring site works, coordinating inspections, reviewing contractor submissions, and ensuring construction quality aligns with approved designs and brand requirements. Experience in supervising high-quality finishes, guestrooms, residential units, and shared facilities is required, along with strong coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and inspections.
• Coordinate between discipline engineers and inspectors.
• Monitor contractor performance and work progress.
• Review inspection requests (IRs) and method statements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and approved drawings.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10–12 years total experience.
• Minimum 6–8 years in construction supervision on hospitality or high-end building projects.
• Experience supporting Resident Engineer on luxury hotel projects.
• Strong exposure to site coordination, inspections, and progress tracking.
