Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands

Job Role:
• Assists the Restaurant Manager and General Manager in daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operation
• Monitor the duties of other managers, staff members and provide them with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Assists in preparing and serving of dishes and beverages to the guests
• Oversee various administrative tasks including creating schedule, reports on revenues and expenses on weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Maintain complete knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation
• Adhere to the company's policies and ensure that the standards required by Law and by the Management are maintained at all times
• Train new and existing employees on proper customer service practices
• Maximize sales and maximize guests’ satisfaction
• Organize the training and development of staff and management
• Respond efficiently and accurately to guests’ complaints
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to any national
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a casual or semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS System
• Must have marketing and financial management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be available to join on July 15, 2021
