Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
A stand alone café restaurant based in Dubai, known all over social media for its awesome signature food items and funky, energetic interior vibe
Job Description:
- Work in close cooperation with all other key departments in the business to ensure a smooth operation
- Utilize resources to the food cost by practicing economy of inventory items to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize cost by avoiding wastage and spoilages
- Implement new policies and procedures to follow company standards of processes and rendering customer service
- Maintain and observe consistency and quality of all foods served
- Handle Guest complaints/suggestions/requests directly to achieve high Guest satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with the outlet Chef to maintain FOH stock levels, avoiding spoilage and wastage
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Must have valid UAE driving license
