Position Title: Assistant Resturant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus incentives and service charge
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end restaurant & café in Dubai

Job Description:
• Assist the restaurant manager and general manager in carrying out their duties
• Maintain and increase standards of customer service
• Maintain complete knowledge of all the foods and beverages, services and hours of operation
• Visit guests’ tables for feedbacks and update them on their foods and drinks
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to European or Western nationalities
• 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or high end set up
