Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai

Job Description:
• Supervise FOH Team on a daily basis to ensure that they are following restaurant policies and procedures as well as following employee scheduling and disciplinary issues
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their dining experience and handle customer complaints to resolve any issues promptly
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring food and beverage costs, and tracking inventory levels
• Help restaurant manager with budget planning, cost analysis, and other financial responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring that the food and beverages meet the restaurant's quality standards, and that they are prepared and presented correctly
• Lead the team to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in a related role from any 4* or 5* hotel or multi cuisine/ international cuisine restaurant
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
