Assistant Restaurant Manager (Couqley French Brasserie)

What you will be doing:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, Heartist management, and customer service
- Train and supervise restaurant Heartists
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
- Assist in managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or a similar role experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Fluent in English; French language proficiency is a plus
- Previous Dubai work experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
