Job description / Role
Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Will also ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Requirements
• Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
• Managing day to day of the facility.
• Able to comply with Laws and Municipal regulation that pertain to health and safety and labor requirements of the restaurant.
• Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of professional development
• Able to develop branding, marketing and promotional activities of the restaurant.
