Job Description
- To supervise the service activities in the villa restaurant aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction and relieves the Manager during his / her absence.
- Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.
- Provided highest level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Oversaw training needs, inventory control, supply orders, and other logistical responsibilities.
- To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the villa.
- To prepare forecasts and statistics
- To ensure that all team members are aware of the outlet timings and promote the internal activities and events.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- 2 years or more experience in 4-5 star Hotel
- Russian Speaker (Can communicate and read confidently in Russian)
- Fluent in English (A foreign language will be an advantage)
- Profile with Master in one of the recognized hospitality schools is a plus
