Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly incentives & tips

About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:
• Supervise front-of-house operations, including waiters, runners, and stewards, while supporting service as Senior Captain Waiter or Assistant Supervisor when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient customer service, coordinate with the kitchen for accurate and timely food delivery and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, support service as a waiter when required, and report incidents or operational issues to management while upholding company values and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• Open to male Arabic speakers ages up to 40 years old.
• Minimum 4 years as Senior Captain Waiter or Team Leader with FOH experience in fine dining (Dubai experience preferred; fast-food/cafeteria not accepted).
• Strong table-service etiquette with 2–4 years in a Captain or Assistant Supervisor role; good English (Arabic/languages a plus).
• Knowledge of POS and basic computer skills; UAE experience preferred with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, presentable, professional, and flexible with night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Incentive: 10% of salary monthly work performance Tips centralized twice in a month or every 15 days
