Quest Search & Selection is working with an International Franchised Hotel seeking an Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive based in Dubai.
We ideally are looking for candidates with sales experience within the hotels as well a great understanding of the corporate accounts management. This position is immediately available.
Job description
As the Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive for the hotel, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Promoting the hotel
• Maintaining the relationship with the current Corporate Accounts
• Sales calls in order to attract new clients
• Organizing and conducting site visit for new clients
• Providing information to all concern departs regarding any upcoming groups
Profile expectations of an Ideal Candidate (Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive)
• Good knowledge of Opera System
• Market knowledge (Dubai market is an advantage)
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive – Hotel)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Hospitality
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales in hotels
• Vast knowledge in sales planning
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
The Benefits
Salary packages offered for executives are 8000 – 10,000 per month (including all allowances) upon candidate’s experience, medical insurance, yearly flight ticket to country of origin.
The candidate should be in UAE for a face to face interview.
