Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the reputable chemical manufacturers based in Abu Dhabi serving GCC region

- Prepare sales delivery authorities, receive purchase orders, raise and verify sales invoices, enter them into the system, and coordinate with finance and customers for any clarifications
- Arrange product deliveries, coordinate with the logistics department and customers for tracking, handle customer calls regarding shipment status, and send couriers with sales documentation
- Send offers to customers, support the Assistant Manager in preparing tender documents, and assist with various sales-related tasks as needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and support overall sales administration activities

- 40 years old and below
- High school/diploma, ideally in Sales/Marketing
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
- Basic MS Office, planning & coordination skills

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
