The role of the Regional Sales Manager – VRF/HVAC Air Conditioning will involve:
- Maintaining HVAC Relationships with distributers across the designated country/region with a clear objective as set by the regional manager of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across HVAC products.
- Responsible for HVAC business development engaging with Consultants, contractors and end users by initiating Sales & Marketing strategies within UAE and GCC.
- Managing shared resources for tender sensing, retaining, acquiring and developing corporate customers across strategic verticals. He will support the Head of the Division in putting together the HVAC strategy.
- Analyzing customer requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and profit goals.
- Maintain relationship with existing and potential partners, Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, Private and government customers.
- Building Channel Management and successful Product Management
Requirements
- Looking for 5+ years’ experience with a strong sales background.
- Must have a background in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and as a team player.
- Knowledge of working in the local industry.
- Strong accounts management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
