Assistant Site Manager / Engineer - West London
Salary: £40,000. Open to negotiations

As the Assistant site manager you will be required to oversee the initial ground works of a brand new project of a six million pound hotel. You will be responsible for the programme, the quality of work and health and safety on site. This will include completing site take offs, risk assessments, method statement s and project inductions, to insure the projects progression you will also be tasked with overseeing the ground works, frame contractors and the quality assurance of engineering sub contractors. This is absolutely crucial to role as when reporting back directly to the Project Manager you will have complete control and understanding of the initial ground works.

Requirements

You will have on site construction experience working in either the residential, education or sports and leisure sectors ideally working with hotels as a current Assistant site manager or an Engineer looking to progress your career. You will come from a civil engineering background with a heavy involvement of ground works and a good understanding of the buildings sector. You will also hold all relevant tickets to allow you to work on a construction site.
