Job Description:
• Plan the events activities for kids, mostly at pre-school level which includes mostly singing, storytelling, drawing, art workshops, and parties accordingly as per customers’ booked dates and time.
• Contribute creative ideas from designs to activities that are fun and interactive for kids.
• Attend to kids in the playground ensuring they are interactive and learning social skills while having fun in a compassionate and energetic way.
• Communicate to ease any client questions and address any complaints and or requests as needed regarding all fun activities being offered.
• Help resolve conflicts between children during playtime using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline strategies.

Position Title: Assistant Staff – Kids Playground
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A dynamic team based in Dubai that offers a playground space where children are guided and supported to learn and have fun!

Qualifications:
• Open to African and Asian nationalities
• Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years related experience as Assistant Teacher coming from Education industry (Preschool)

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
