Assistant Store Manager - Charlotte Tilbury - UAE

The Role:
To maximize sales of the Charlotte Tilbury boutique through outstanding customer service and excellent artistry. The Assistant Store Manager is a true brand ambassador, reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values at all times. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, is also responsible for anticipating needs while executing with excellence the sales, merchandising, operations, training and relevant HR needs.
Requirements
You will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team of 20+
* Retail experience in a busy environment (beauty preferred although not a MUST)
* A passion for beauty and high grooming standards
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Good understanding of KPIs, commerciality, and reports
