Continuing project growth globally has created this exceptional executive position with our client, a leading well established international property development firm headquartered in Dubai. This firm develops private residential, leisure and commercial development projects across Dubai and the Middle East North Africa region comprising the UAE, North Africa, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. They now seek an Assistant Vice President – Sales manage sales teams based in Dubai and across the region. Their projects comprise luxury hotel, commercial and residential projects that enjoy high end, high quality interiors and finishes. The core objective of this role is to build a high performing team and motivate and deliver sales targets.

Reporting to the Vice President – Sales and managing sales team across geographical regions; this role is responsible for the following:

• Manage the implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Management of a large sales team of 20 staff and ensure achievement of property sales targets for specified geographical markets.
• Monitor and drive sales targets to ensure team performance.
• Manage sales activities and initiatives.
• Manage client relationships with High Net Worth individuals and Investors.
• Manage specific real estate investment properties across nominated locations, negotiating with clients to achieve the best opportunities for client and company.
• Develop sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
• Sales reporting on sales progress for individual projects, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Business, Property or comparable and a minimum of 7 years’ direct sales experience is essential.
• Direct “high end” sales are essential with industry experience required across the Property Sales, Telecommunications, Banking, Life Insurance Sales, Automotive, FMCG or Time Share sales - B2C Sales
• Candidates will have experience as a Manager running sales teams and can demonstrate a proven track record in sales success.
• The professional we seek must possess the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Fluency in English language skills with Arabic proficiency being highly regarded.
• The negotiator we seek will possess excellent communication skills and display strong leadership abilities.
