Assistant Visual Manager - Dubai

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retailer in UAE who is currently looking for an Assistant Visual Manager to lead a team of visual merchandises. The role requires someone with strong experience in visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize profitability

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Assistant Visual Manager within this retail business will include:

* Designs in-store visual displays in support of the organization's sales objectives
* Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
* Act in alignment to the organization's culture, products, and target market
* Monitor costs and work within budgets
* Ensure the department goals are met and manage the large team of visual merchandisers
* Liaise with suppliers and source elements

Requirements

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:

* Proven 3-5 years of experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager
* Strong visual design skills with a strong retail background
* Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and lifestyle
* Proficiency in Photoshop, MS office, and other visual design tools
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong leadership and management experience requires
