Job description / Role
The Role
* Identifying client requirement and structuring transactions
* Conducting financial analysis and valuation models, company, market and industry research,
* Preparing marketing documents including pitchbooks information memorandums, prospectuses
* Liaising with the Clients colleagues, including CBU, PB and TRY, and external parties in identifying client requirements and deal opportunities
* Training analysts with financial analysis and preparation of client documentation
* Setting targets for analysts in terms of training and career development.
Requirements
The Candidate
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* CFA
* Investment Banking experience
* Valuation
* Preference Emirati national
