The associate agile coach drives the agile maturity of the organization by inspiring a culture that is built on agile principles, tools, and techniques. Contribution to the improvements of the chapter - process (agile processes, ways of working, innovative processes, etc.).

Key responsibilities

• Identifying improvement areas of their squads within a tribe/platforms
• Implementing required improvements for increased agile maturity of their squads
• Coaching squad members to be autonomous, understanding agile practices and principles
• Coaching squads to be self-organized (i.e., being able to run ceremonies and maintain best agile practices without a dedicated scrum master)
• Running required trainings to their squads or wider audiences as/when required
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of the maturity of squads and providing regular reports to the agile coach and other stakeholders

Key requirements

• UAE national role
• Relevant bachelor's degree (with technical aspects such as coding/programming and project management as part of course syllabus)
• UAE nationals with 1-3 years of experience being a scrum master or an engineer in an agile organization
• Conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, team leadership, analytical thinking, innovation, flexibility, integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Jira, and Confluence
