Associate Director - Commercial (PRE-CON)

Job description / Role

The Role:

We are working with a Global PMC who are looking to strengthen their Commercial team in UAE. They are looking for an Associate Director – Commercial, to be based in the UAE office and oversee projects in UAE as well as KSA.

Salary:
AED 60,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Experience required:

• MUST have heavy PRE-CONTRACT background on large-scale projects
• Cost Planning exp
• Tier 1 Consultancy background
• 10-15 years’ experience in the Middle East
• QS Degree and MRICS / RICS
• This person must also have recent experience of working in Abu Dhabi.
• This person will be a Key Account Manager for clients in KSA and UAE so must be polished and client-facing.
• The Pre-Contract element of the role is crucial so only those with exceptional Pre-con skills / exp can be considered.

The Benefits:

This role comes with a monthly salary of 60/65k AED per month + a performance related bonus, annual flight allowance, as well as visa and private medical cover for employee + family.
