Job description / Role
We are working with a dominant advisory firm to recruit an experienced Associate Director/Principal to enhance their capability within Real Estate investment & strategic advisory across the GCC region.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have a demonstrated track record in strategy surrounding large scale real estate financing, investment and development in the Middle East.

Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in the Real Estate industry from an advisory, development and/or institutional investment/banking background
- Extensive knowledge of the Middle East Real Estate landscape
- First class academics, preferably MBA-qualified
