Associate Interior Design Director

Job description / Role

Our client, a prestigious and well-established International Interior design & Architecture studio based in Dubai, is actively seeking an Associate Interior Design Director ( This is for Interior Design NOT Architecture) to join their friendly and creative team. This is a unique opportunity to relocate to Dubai and work on an incredible portfolio of high end residential and hospitality projects

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the design process for hospitality and high end residential concept through to completion.
* Revit would be helpful but not essential
* Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clients.
* Produce detailed design documentation, including space plans, FF&E specifications, and construction drawings.
* Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is executed to the highest standards.
* We are looking for strong leaders who can effectively lead teams and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
* A minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality and high End Residential projects, with a beautiful portfolio .
* A portfolio that demonstrates a strong conceptual and creative approach to design.
* Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience is a plus.
* Must have a solid works record ( no job hoppers)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
