Job description / Role
Our client, a leading finance house here in the region, are looking for an Associate to join their Investment Banking and Principal Investment team. With a strong focus on M&A and Credit the successful candidate should have executed deals across both areas.
Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Candidates will manage transactions across various industries and geographies.
- Assist with the preparation of financial models and valuations. Candidates must have advanced financial modelling skills.
- Create marketing presentations for clients.
- Conduct detailed and accurate due diligence.
- Manage the execution of transactions.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of experience - Associate level 1 candidates are preferred.
- Candidates will work as part of the Investment Banking and Principal Investment team where their time will be managed between the two.
- Credit exposure is essential for this role.
- Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor degree qualification from a top tier university.
- Bulge Bracket experience is preferred.
