What you'll be doing

The LEAN Transformation Associate will support operational efficiency initiatives across the Group's portfolio of channels and brands. This role focuses on analyzing data, mapping processes, and supporting the implementation of LEAN and improvement initiatives. The Associate will work closely with the Specialist and Senior Manager to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, in collaboration with stakeholders across operations, logistics, and commercial teams.

  • Support LEAN transformation and operational optimization projects across brands and group operations.
  • Work on end-to-end operational topics across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and retail.
  • Analyze data to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities (beyond pure number crunching).
  • Assist in mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in fieldwork (stores, warehouses, and operational sites) to observe processes and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and functional teams.
  • Contribute as part of an internal transformation team supporting efficiency and performance initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or data; internships in retail, consulting, FMCG, or logistics/3PL are a plus (fresh graduates with relevant university projects will be considered).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office skills; basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand the business logic behind numbers.
  • Interest in process improvement, operational models, and efficiency frameworks.
  • Curious, hands-on, and willing to learn.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
