Job description / Role

Main Duties of the role are:

• To deliver 4 day Foundation Level Coaching and Mentoring programmes
• Assessment of accredited programmes
• Must be available for the projected start date of March 2018

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Internationally recognised Coaching qualification
• Have an understanding of the cultural context of the UAE
• Minimum 3 years solid demonstrative experience and training of accredited coaching programmes
• Must reside in the UAE
• Strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to handle situations quickly and effectively
• Be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate the capability to work effectively within a team environment
