Job description / Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
AVOD titles:
- Support on diverse tasks and complex projects in areas like:
- Project Management (coordinating, preparing and conducting project updates, leading projects etc.)
- Building presentations
- Prepare and update slides/programming plan for upcoming periods
- Idea pitching
- Work closely with content project owners: weekly meetings and updates
- Ensure all information is available, updated, and accurate in content planning tool (Airtable)
- Monitor and collect findings on- and be updated on industry and market trends
- Assist team with scheduling needs (e.g. maintaining and monitoring updates from TV grids)
- Assist in adding entries on Airtable as per schedule with all related fields including release date, release pattern, and house numbers
- Assist with ongoing optimization of team meetings, processes, communications, and reporting
- Assist wider content team as required with ad-hoc projects
