Associate Professor Of Human Resources Up To 23k Aed++ For A Leading University In Sharjah

• Develop learning outcomes and accordingly achieve teaching goals
• Carryout academic/administrative tasks as and when assigned by Dean within the framework of academic responsibilities
• Effectively participate in committee activities to achieve objectives of committee

Requirements

• Open to any nationality, preferably European
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• PHD holder in Human Resources
• Minimum 7-10 years teaching experience in Human Resources with 5 years post PHD as Lecturer
• Must have at least 3 publication and 3 conference presentation
• Proven track record in academics and research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multicultural environment is an advantage
• Willing to work in a split shift schedule
• Open to overseas candidates who are willing to relocate in UAE
• Location: Sharjah, UAE
• Joining date: September 2019

Salary is up to 23,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation allowance, furniture allowance, airline ticket, medical insurance, annual leave, summer payment, additional credit payment, participation & conferences
