Job description / Role
As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will be working closely with the CTO as an in-house resource to drive the entity's transformation processes.

Description
* Liaise with senior management to understand requirements and ensure they are aligned to its' long - term strategy.
* Utilise your data analysis and financial modelling skills to analyse financial statements and assess business plans to provide insights on financial impact and ROI
* Create reports and presentations incorporating metrics and data to demonstrate the impact of transformation and its alignment with strategic objectives.
* Act as a PMO during the transformation process, liaising with multiple stakeholders, including the C- suite, to deliver data drive insights to support their decision-making process

Requirements
* An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, public policy, finance, or engineering.
* An MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.
* At least 4 - 6 years' experience in an international strategy consulting firm, with exposure to transformation engagements in the healthcare sector
* Strong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices with an aptitude for analytical work.
* Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team
