Description

As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Real Estate Investments team, you will:

* Source, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the GCC.
* Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
* Support deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior leadership.
* Monitor portfolio performance and assist in strategic asset management initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

* 3-7 years of experience in real estate investments within the GCC region.
