The Change, Communications and Marketing Specialist is a newly formed role within the Assurance Transformation team. A team that provides a dynamic and exciting work environment. You will be working with a highly motivated and capable team. You'll gain a big-picture appreciation of our Audit business and have a chance to make a real difference.

The role is an internal role, working with internal stakeholders within the business.

We are seeking a passionate storyteller who can articulate key benefits of our Transformation programme and is able to find creative ways of building an internal brand using multiple channels. They will need to design and deliver a cohesive multi-channel communication and marketing strategy to support organisational change. Have the ability to think both creatively and analytically, and be comfortable initiating ideas, producing and publishing content to communicate with diverse targeted audiences.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute an internal change, marketing and communication programme to support the transformation strategy. 
- Work closely with leadership, Subject Matter Experts,  and internal stakeholders, to drive positive, innovative and impactful change campaigns from start to finish that are aimed at delivering the right message at the right time.
- Provide advice and guidance on the content and positioning, while setting campaign strategy and building tactical plans across a full range of available channels.
- Develop high-quality internal communications content, including employee newsletter, emails, Intranet articles, video's, promotional materials and talking points
- Be able to Independently execute campaigns
- Provide advice and guidance and support to the change representatives we have within the business
- Develop campaign reporting to influence future tactics and also provide insights to leadership.

- Excellent written and oral communication, experience in writing, commissioning, publishing and editing content across a range of mediums
- Proven presentation and planning/project management  capabilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects. 
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to manage across multiple projects. 
- Proven ability using digital and social media as effective media relations tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Proven experience in a relevant role as a communications and change professional.
- Great at telling a story using words, images, or audio and creating content that draws an audience
- Project management and campaign experience
- Strong understanding of the professional services sector 
- Ability to think cross-channel and visualize how to bring different content angles to life
- Ability to think innovatively and bring creativity to produce marketing videos and materials.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
