Job Description & Summary
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

The Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for all reception phone calls. This person is responsible to for manning the reception, overseeing the academy premises and upkeep, assisting walk ins, managing same day room booking requests, handling printing and courier requests in addition to managing the Academy's inventory and office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the reception of the Academy (ensure the reception is manned at all times)
• Answer all reception phone calls, assist walk ins
• Work closely with PQ course manager to schedule full year's room bookings, maintain and update schedule at all times
• Manage and coordinate on reception cover and roster, ensure interns are well trained to handle customer
• Manage same day room booking requests and ensure Academy bookings are priority
• Catering for room bookings and in house corporate catering including providing reconciliations for catering to Finance
• Prepare attendance sheets for all inhouse, corporate and professional training
• Handling all printing requests - printing and formatting course materials in addition to supervising materials binding
• Office stationery, supplies, equipment and groceries inventory management
• Oversee premises maintenance and stock management
• Create and prepare LPOs for all Academy purchase requests
• Update CRM with delegate attendance and progress records
• Arrange courier (DHL and Aramex pick up) for the Academy team

Technical skills required:

• High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Excel Word and Powerpoint
• Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms will be a plus

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Arabic Speaker will be a plus
• Excellent business writing skills
• Well-developed administrative skills in order to set up and maintain systems so as to provide efficient service.
• Professional yet approachable manner.
• Meticulous and accurate approach with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Flexibility in working hours
